Description
This gorgeous top floor condo at The Seasons in Sandpoint is the perfect place to stay, play and getaway. Professionally decorated and fully appointed, the incredible views of Lake Pend Oreille, combined with the ability to stay in downtown Sandpoint and walk everywhere makes this home a place you'll want to return to again and again.
Filled with books about history, cooking, investing and nature -- this condo is set up to help you relax and enjoy the beauty and serenity around you. Late spring and summer, watch the Thursday and Sunday sailboat races from the private deck. Create a great meal in the fully appointed kitchen, with gas cooktop and Viking oven. Games, puzzles, a guitar and ukulele are also provided.
Workout at the Resort's fitness center, play ping pong or stroll around the grounds. The heated pool is open year long, as is the large hot tub. Morning coffee and tea, with the day's newspapers are provided at the Retreat Center and a relaxing stay isn't fully complete without a visit to the Wildflower Spa (located on the 3rd floor of the Retreat Center). Seasons at Sandpoint is the ONLY luxury waterfront resort in town. Incredible restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. The Pend Oreille Bay trail starts at the end of the resort and takes you 2 miles along the waterfront. Finally, Schweitzer Mountain, Idaho's largest ski resort, is just 30 minutes away -- making this condo an ideal location all year long.
Underground, secure garage parking for one car is provided and is set up for a Tesla / EV charger. A marina slip is included and paddle boards, kayaks, Hobie's and boats are available to rent. Book Today.
**Note: Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet. Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks. The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.

We had an absolutely perfect and relaxing Thanksgiving in a beautiful setting. Looking out over Pend Oreille lake. The condo was well furnished and beautifully decorated. Able to easily walk to downtown Sandpoint for shopping and restaurants. Communication from the hosts was clear and questions were answered in a timely manner. We would definitely stay at this location or at one of the others managed by the management company in the future.

What a great property. The property its self is updated, modern and complete with everything a couple/family would need for 2 nights stay to 10 days. I have stayed in too many VRBOs over the last 20 yrs and this one rates in the top 5% ever. Then get the view involved and it is the best. There is a private balcony that completes the condo. Dont hesitate, you wont be disappointed and will love it.
