Inviting and Comfortable Downtown Sandpoint Home

This property is in a perfect location if you want to be able to walk anywhere in downtown Sandpoint! It is a small house in a quiet neighborhood only two blocks from downtown. It is comfortably furnished, very clean, and has a well-equipped kitchen. Although it's an older house, it's mostly updated and has two very nice full bathrooms. The property management company keeps in touch efficiently and responds quickly to any questions. The home has numerous instruction signs in frames throughout the house. While most were helpful, there were a few too many. Check-in and check-out instructions were concise and didn't ask too much. Will rent again if coming to Sandpoint!

Nice small home just a few blocks from downtown Sandpoint. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and services. Bedrooms were reasonable size and bathrooms were clean and modern. We used it only as home base for our visit and did not use the kitchen or laundry but all needs were there if we needed. The property management was efficient and responsive and check in and checkout was very easy. Highly recommend this rental

The location and house was perfect for our needs for our annual family visit to Sandpoint. Walking distance from downtown and the City Beach, and the house was clean and well stocked for our needs (the spice cabinet was impressive!).

Awesome stay, clean house, very cozy.

Everything was what was on the web site. The front door steps were a little hard for my elderly folks and could have helped to have a handrail. The moose was a unique experience to have in the yard. Would recommend to others.

This home is in a great location for walking to town and grocery shopping. Not to far from Schweitzer. We enjoyed the space of the home and would definitely visit again. The neighborhood was quite and pleasant. We also had great communication from Kellee.

Great property. House is in excellent condition and very well equipped. Host communicates well. Location is close to downtown and short walk to shops and restaurants. We closed the 2022 ski season at Schweitzer with a great ski day on Sunday!

From the outside it doesn't look like much but it is a diamond inside! We loved our stay and would go back in a heartbeat. The PM company is the best. We had one small issue.. smoke alarm was beeping and they were on it in no time. They never ignored my txt when I needed information. top notch company with great customer service. Oh, and did I mention how awesome the house was! Beds... awesome! Decor....awesome! Kitchen supplies...awesome. The remodel They did here...awesome! Hands down one of the best places we have stayed at. Thank you!!!!

Would rent this VRBO again, less than 30 minutes to Schweitzer ski area.

The house was beautiful and convenient, enjoyed the amenities Check in and out where very convenient and easy. Stayed in winter so could not enjoy the back yard but would love to come back in the summer and try it out.

This place lives up to its pictures and more. It is very well stocked and even included a bag of ground coffee (which was quite tasty). The location couldn't be better. We were able to walk everywhere with ease. I've stayed in plenty of rentals and this one was the first one to actually meet and exceed my expectations.

Perfect for an extended stay with friends or family and convenient location that feels like home.
