Condo #302 is THE top floor, corner unit and will become a favorite place to stay. Professionally decorated and furnished in a clean, Scandinavian style with custom art and decor. Massive windows bring light and views of town, Lake Pend Oreille and surrounding mountains. Two large bedrooms, each with King beds and luxury linens.
The kitchen is fully appointed with GE Cafe appliances, Quartz countertops, Breville coffeemaker and all the little things that are important (sharp knives, good cookware, spices and flour/sugar). Samsung Frame TV and Bose soundbar with YouTubeTV provided, allows you to enjoy art, music and watch the game or news too. Fiber internet is fast and fabulous. Private covered deck off the living area.
Head to the rooftop and enjoy the large hot tub, fire table, BBQs, and outdoor TV. A perfect place to relax and be surrounded by views and ONLY available to condo owners and their guests. Secure building with private elevator and 2 car garage.
A bevy of restaurants and shops are a short walk away. Bring your bike or rent one - the Sandpoint / Dover Bay bike trail is located right here. Sandpoint's Farmer's Market is one block away (operates seasonally) and City Beach is a short walk away as well. Finally, this condo IS dog friendly. One dog is allowed ($125 pet fee plus agreement to pet addendum required) and we provide a dog bed, bowls, leash and more!

Our stay was great! There was a thoughtful welcome basket upon arrival for our birthday celebration that was much appreciated! Upon noticing there were no window coverings in the bedrooms pictures after booking, and reaching out, management quickly responded and privacy treatments were provided prior to our checking in. Loved the Walkable location, and close proximity to beautiful hiking trails. Check in instructions were a little wordy, but thorough. Also we Didnt see Roof top fire pit instructions and it was a little difficult to get started but finally did and greatly enjoyed the rooftop views from the hot tub. Overall an amazing experience, would recommend!

Great staycation with my family. The amenities were amazing. The owners of the building are very personable and welcoming. The place is central of Sandpoint town which is a nice walking distance to everything fun! Highly recommend staying here

I was delighted to be the first Airbnb guest of this beautiful condo. The host, Kellee, was a pleasure to coordinate with. She took the time to meet me at the condo upon my arrival and to show me around and how to utilize the amenities. The space was very well-stocked, and Kellee made sure to mention that if I needed anything additional to simply ask. The views were stellar, and it was a beautiful space to return to after a long day at work. The gift basket was really nice! I loved my stay here and will be back if I ever find myself in Sandpoint in the future.
